I’ve been married for 18 years, and in those 18 years, I have wanted a fresh Christmas wreath for our front door but could never allow myself this little luxury. It’s been over a week since I’ve received my wreath and the heater’s been going full blast. I thought for sure the wreath would begin to show signs of decay, but it looks as fresh and beautiful as the day I bought it. And while the fresh smell of pine has lessened, it still lingers.

Upon perusing the site, I discovered that the owners of Grandma D’s Tree and Wreath Farm, a.k.a Wreaths Direct, are fifth generation owners from Silverton, Oregon. The land was originally used to farm strawberries but during 1960 the strawberries were phased out to make way for Noble and Douglas Christmas trees. The trees are grown from seedlings and as they mature, are harvested and sold to clients.
